Hi There,
I am new to this forum, so I decided to put this in the beginners section. I actually think it is not exactly the right place, but I couldn't find anything better (what I want to discuss is cross-application for OO and not for one app specifically).
I am quite a happy user of openoffice, or, more specifically, neo-office for the Mac (which is based on OO). But the only thing I really hate are the 'built in colors'. I have done a quick search on this forum and found I am not the only one, so I decided to put this matter in my own hands.![Microsoft Office For Mac Theme Colorful Microsoft Office For Mac Theme Colorful](https://support.content.office.net/en-us/media/7448b4dc-1e13-4ecb-a52e-fe16e95fe0e3.png)
Based on the color schemes delivered with Microsoft Office (2008 for Mac at least, but probably they are equal to the 2007 release for Windows) I have developed a .soc file with one (for now) of the themes by Microsoft. I think this is great, because I quite like the color sets and it gives a great opportunity to create documents that go very well with the ones a colleague creates with MS Office. Or, in my specific case, I have to develop my documents using Word, but if I want to add some Visio style image, obviously I do not want anything else than OO Draw (Maybe Visio is great, but not available on OS X). The downside was the colors, I couldn't get them quite right and fitting in.
So, what is my question, well it's threefold.
First off, what I am doing could be just completely useless, since someone else created the .soc file I am building right now. If anyone knows, please tell me so and please let me know where to find it.
Secondly, I really would like others to help me out creating the complete set of color schemes (or at least the ones that look OK) in an OO .soc file, so everyone can enjoy them. It is quite a lot of work (there are about 14 themes with 60 colors each, that is 840 lines of color entries in the file), so I could really use some help here. Anyone care to join?
Finally, I want to share the work I have already done. I really do not care how exactly and what the best way is, but heres a quick link:

Can anyone comment on how to send this file to the world, maybe using the extensions page of OO. That would be the best spot I suppose, but I don't know how it works.
Thanks a lot!

Office 365 is the user-based subscription service powered by the Microsoft cloud. It includes the most collaborative, secure, and up-to-date features. Office 2019 is a one-time purchase and does not receive feature updates after purchase. More colors for Microsoft Office themes It would be awesome if there were more color options for Microsoft Office themes besides black, white and dark grey. Please add more colors like green, or red or pink etc.

Each Microsoft PowerPoint theme includes a built-in color scheme to apply to your slides. If you don’t like the available choices, you can create custom color schemes in PowerPoint to use in your presentation.
1Open the Design tab by clicking it on the Ribbon.
The Design tab kicks into action.
2Select a color scheme to use.
Colors in a scheme work as a unit to make your presentation attractive.
3Click the Theme Colors button and then choose Create New Theme Colors.
The Create New Theme Colors dialog box appears.
4Click the button for the color you want to change.
For example, to change the first accent color, click the Accent 1 button. This summons a gallery of color choices.
5Pick a color you like.
What’s your mood today: red, blue, green, something else?
6If you don’t like any of the choices, click the More Colors button.
This brings up the Colors dialog box.
7Click the color that you want and then click OK.
You’re whisked back to the Create New Theme Colors dialog box.
8(Optional) Repeat steps 3 through 6 for any other colors you want to change.
You can recolor until your heart’s content.
9Choose Save.
Your custom color scheme is saved.
The Standard tab of the Colors dialog box shows 127 colors, plus white, black, and shades of gray. To use a color that doesn’t appear in the dialog box, click the Custom tab to view the custom color controls.
